Artist Mentoring

20+ years across major studios means a lot of lessons learned the hard way. Mentoring is about passing those on directly — helping artists build not just technical skill, but the judgement to know why a shot works, so they can solve the next problem themselves rather than waiting to be told.

It can happen in person or online, and it doesn't need to be a formal programme — the mentoring I do with Oscar isn't. We've kept it loose, so we can work on whatever he actually wants to focus on.
